Tarkett, together with IDA and Vernaro, Digital Lab, launched an ambitious concept that aims to customize the floor, using the most advanced digital technology, to give architects and designers the opportunity to express their creativity and ideas, without any limit, delivering to the customer an innovative solution in the field of interior design: custom wood flooring.

Tarkett Digital Lab, a unique concept on the Romanian market, was born by combining a 130-year tradition in the manufacture of wooden flooring with digital printing, a state-of-the-art technology. It is a pilot project launched together with IDA and Vernaro so that any idea can be transposed to the floor. The product emphasizes the natural appearance of the wood, but at the same time allows its personalization with any image, design or logo

Once the design and concept of the collection are established, the execution of the product begins.

HANDSCRAFT

The materials that are used are also 100% natural as the village art masters obtain them through folk ways, without chemical processes. The processing and dyeing of wool is made by using plants, thus achieving a quality product of genuine shades.

FINAL PRODUCT

The piece that is 100% handmade in the rural area is brought to the workshop, where tradition is literally mixed with the present, hence resulting the finished product.
